The People's
Do Not Ticket List

How it works

You Park. We Do The Rest.

Engraved tire with a chalk mark
We watch your plate

The minute you're on The List, your plate goes under watch. We check Lancaster's ticketing system every few seconds you're parked — so we catch a citation the instant it's written.

We pay your meter

The second an attendant scans your plate, we pay the meter for you — usually before you'd even know a ticket was coming. The receipt lands in your inbox.

Engraved envelope with broken wax seal
We handle the rest

On the rare miss, we file the dispute for you with the paid receipt attached. You never fill out a form or mail a check.

The city's list makes the ticket disappear before it prints. Ours makes it disappear before you notice.

A note from Seat Nº 00

"The Lancaster elite have had a free parking pass this whole time. It's time someone built one for the rest of us."

The List is run by one Lancaster resident, ten members, and a machine that never stops watching the meter.

The Roster

Ten Seats. That's It.

Questions

Wait. Is this actually legal?

All we do is pay for your parking. The second your plate gets scanned, we pay the meter — nothing to tamper with, nothing to install. And on the rare time a ticket still prints, we file the dispute for you with the paid-meter receipt attached.

Are you on the city's real list?

No. That list is for city employees and elected officials. Ours is a private membership that gets you to the same place — a paid meter and no ticket — simply by paying your parking for you, fast.

What does membership cover?

Your seat on The List — $25/month or $250/year, your pick. Unlimited meter payments across Lancaster City: every time your plate gets scanned, we pay it. A member card you can save to your phone. Monthly renews each month from the day you join; yearly renews one year from the day you join.

Why only ten seats?

Because our monitor watches every seat's plate every few seconds. Adding more members means adding infrastructure, and we'd rather serve ten people flawlessly than a hundred badly. If demand justifies it, we'll open a second chapter next year.

What if I never get a seat?

You keep your spot in line for the next opening. No card charged until a seat opens.

Where does this work?

City of Lancaster only, for now. If we expand to York, Harrisburg, or Reading, members will get first crack at seats there too.
