How does this actually work?

We monitor the Lancaster Parking Authority's citation system every 15 seconds. The moment a ticket appears on your plate, we pay your meter via ParkMobile within 60 seconds. Then we file a dispute. Lancaster Parking Authority allows tickets to be disputed and waived if you can show you paid for parking within one minute of the citation being issued. We file the dispute with your ParkMobile receipt as proof.

What does it cost?

$20/month flat. Your first save is on us — we cover the meter fee. After that, ParkMobile sessions are $0.85 each, passed through at cost. Compare that to a $20 parking ticket.

What if the dispute is denied?

We'll notify you immediately. You can appeal further or pay the ticket. The ParkMobile receipt provides clear proof of payment for the dispute.
